As a 20-year army veteran and 20-year business director and manager, Chuck Olsen has hired, trained and mentored hundreds of managers and leaders . Chuck's passion is to train and instill practical leadership and life skills in aspiring managers to allow them to attain their goals.
Chuck earned his MBA in marketing/international business while concurrently teaching leadership and management courses at UW-Madison and UW-Whitewater. He drove results as a zone manager for Ford Motor Company and later as the Sales and Training Director for the Boucher Automotive Group, ranked among the nation's top 100 dealer groups.
Chuck's military leadership experience includes tours in infantry, signal and aviation units and NATO liaison duty in Bosnia and Eastern Europe. Lieutenant Colonel Olsen served as the Director of Leadership Training with the 181st Infantry Brigade for mobilized units during the 2006-2007 "Surge".
